TAAG Angola Airlines has launched direct flights from Luanda to Accra. A water cannon salute was performed to welcome the Airline on arrival at Kotoka International Airport (KIA).

In a release, the Chief Executive Officer of TAAG Angola Airlines, Edwardo Fairen said, ‘the airline will continue its growth path by adding new routes, increasing frequencies in existing destinations and upgrading the fleet.

He said ‘’The Airline promises to be a game changer in Ghana’s Aviation Industry by virtue of its exciting packages uniquely designed with the customer in mind’’.

The Airline will operate its Boeing 737-700NG flight on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
