The Accident and Incident Investigations Division (AIID) says it has been informed of an aircraft accident
occurrence on Sun, 15 January 2023 at 0900 local time and has commenced investigations.

The accident occurred at Nasrec next to FNB stadium, south of Johannesburg in the Gauteng
Province.

The aircraft departed from Grand Central Airport in the Gauteng province on a training flight with the
intention to land back at the same Airport. Onboard the aircraft were two occupants, who both
sustained fatal injuries. The aircraft itself sustained substantial damage.

AIID advices that a preliminary report will be issued out 30 days from the day of this incident.
