The 69th edition of the Airports Council International (ACI) Africa Board Meeting, Regional Committees, Conference, and Exhibition (#ACIAfricaKigali) is underway at the Kigali Conference Center (KCC).

The meeting is being attended by ACI Africa Regional Committees for Safety & Technical and Facilitation, Technology and Innovation, and Environment and Sustainable Development.

Distinguished speakers from the aviation industry, include Mr. Ali Tounsi, Secretary General of ACI Africa, Mr. Luis Felipe de Oliveira, Director General of ACI World, and Mr. Charles Habonimana, Managing Director of Rwanda Airports Company, graced the occasion with their presence. We were also honored to have the President of ACI Africa, Mr. Emanuel Chaves, and the Chief Guest, Mr. Ernest Nsabimana, Minister of Infrastructure, Rwanda.

Meanwhile ACI Africa has signed an MOU with ACI World on collaboration of training in the African Region.

This partnership will reinforce and consolidate the position of ACI Africa as the primary interface with African Airports and strengthen ACI World’s position as the only global trade representative of airports worldwide.
