Eswatini Air Takes Maiden Flight to Johannesburg

Eswatini Air has been launched with the first take off of the maiden flight at KMIII International Airport to Johannesburg (JNB) with Embraer ERJ 145 was welcomed with a water canon salute as it landed at OR Tambo International Airport in South Africa.

This is part of phase 1 of operations as the new airline takes a cautionary strategy to the market with phase 2 operations to see four flights weekly to Harare Zimbabwe on 14th April.

Phase three which will also see the first triple flights daily will open up the Durban route on 5th May while the final phase entails addition of Cape Town to the network on 2nd June with the airline operating three flights weekly.
