Lufthansa Airlines Named Overall Winner at the 4th edition of the Aviation Business Excellence Awards

Lufthansa Airlines has been named the overall winner at the 4th edition of the Aviation Business Excellence Awards hosted by the Kenya Airports Authority at Eka Hotel, Nairobi. The prestigious event brought together over 350 industry stakeholders to celebrate outstanding achievements in aviation and related sectors.
The event was graced by notable dignitaries, including the Principal Secretary for the State Department for Aviation and Aerospace Development, Mrs. Teresia Mbaika; KAA Chairman, Hon. Caleb Kositany; KCAA DG, Mr. Emile Arao and KAA Ag. Managing Director, Mr. Nicholas Bodo, the gala underscored the importance of service excellence in driving innovation and sustainability within the aviation industry.
The program, established in 2018, evaluates airport stakeholders through a rigorous business assessment tool focusing on key themes such as Customer Focus, Leadership, Marketing, Sustainability, and People Focus. This year’s awards celebrated winners across diverse categories:
