Kenya Airways Reports Availability of its Aircraft is Improving as Aircraft Components Supply Continues

Kenya Airways has reported that its availability of our aircraft is improving as it continues to recover its aircraft on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as and when the company receives the parts. This follows an earlier announcement where the airline warned that it had experienced delays in its getting its aircraft that are undergoing scheduled maintenance, back into operations due to global challenges with the supply of some aircraft components following the Ukrainain war crisis.

Further, the airline says it continues to engage its suppliers on the delivery timelines for all the components required for the maintenance tasks to reduce any foreseen disruptions on the flight schedules.
Last week the airline had raised the possibility of changing flight schedules with a reduction in some frequencies to deal with the situation.
